"The hotel was lovely, very close to the river and a tram stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early, room was not available, sat in the rooftop bar and enjoyed the view. I took one star away as the shower would not work properly. There was no way to regulate the water, it was either hot or scalding, the button on the control was jammed in. Hope it is fixed for the next guests. Overall I would recommend this hotel."
