「The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. 「This is a rather basic hotel at a freeway stop, but it works for a place to stay for a night. It would help if there were a way to get to the hotel not by the freeway, where there is a toll.」

「总体来讲还不错，房间清洁、大人双人床是大床，酒店在一个村镇边的山坡上。唯一遗憾的是，本来是想体验住城堡的感觉的，谁知道网上提供的泳池景观房不在城堡里面，而在后来在城堡外山脚下新建的泳池边的小平房里，城堡里晚上10点后还锁门，泳池房像为遗弃的孩子。好在当地治安不错，否则我们一定担心死安全问题。因此，想体验城堡住宿的，千万不要订泳池景观房。酒店的早餐很一般。」

「This is our go-to for travel in and out of Tours since it’s immediately adjacent to the TGV station. It’s always clean and the staff always pleasant. Everyone we have encountered also speaks pretty good English. This is not a fancy-pants hotel with luxe appointments, but always reliable. They have a parking lot and excellent little pates de fruits bonbons at the reception desk.」
