"Ultimately, we had an amazing vacation at an incredible resort! We did reserve this property because of its location, and it did not fail! I would not hesitate to reserve your stay here. The pool was incredible! They do have a tram that brings you from one end of this enormous resort to another, but the tram was not working during our stay. Enjoy your trip to Paradise and don't hesitate to book this resort!"

"I would have given a higher score if it weren’t for the unwelcomed surprise received at check in. We were informed that our card would be charged for a “Resort fee” that was never mentioned when we made our selection while booking our trip. We will use a different source for future trips.

Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village
10/10 Excellent
"As soon as you arrive, the resort immediately feels like its own world. You step out of the car, hand your luggage over to be transferred directly to your room, and can hop onto the tiny train that takes guests all over the property while overlooking lagoons, tropical gardens, koi ponds, waterfalls, and the different sections of the resort.
You will not run out of things to do. It is gorgeous, self-sustaining, absolutely huge, and somehow never feels crowded.
Amazing for families while still being quiet enough for those traveling solo or in pairs. It has everything you need and nothing you do not.
If you love resort life, if you want the kids to run off and have fun until sundown, if you want to try what may genuinely be the best tiramisu on the planet, this is the place for you.
There are winding, river-like pools filled with ocean water, or you can choose to relax beside the fresh-water pools instead. You can pay to have an incredible experience with the dolphins, or simply enjoy watching them from the shade of the palms nearby.
Each part of the resort feels almost like its own independent eco-pod: birds screaming at dawn, the crimson sunsets, the koi ponds winding through the resort, and the tropical landscape surrounding you everywhere you turn, the entire place feels surreal.so completely that, for a little while, it becomes impossible to imagine yourself anywhere else.

"We enjoyed a top floor, ocean front room. It was quiet, serene, and was decorated beautifully. The staff was quite helpful and always friendly. We look forward to staying here again. "
"What an incredible place! Our room was clean, comfortable and well devoted. The attention to detail from the game room to the Coy pond made this one of our favorite places to stay. The view of the ocean is lovely."
