Poor reception and check-in process. No hairdryer.

I came for check-in in the evening. The receptionist could not find my booking in the hotel's records. She told me that she did not find my booking, that's it, meaning that she did not care and I was not accepted to check-in even though I showed her my confirmation voucher from Hotels.com (Expedia). Then I had to request her to double-check with Expedia. Then I sat on the sofa and started waiting. For an hour, I reminded them several times, otherwise, no-one even cared about my case. Finally, I got my room. The room had no hairdryer so I could not wash my hair at night. The breakfast is limited but I had no complaint about it as I got what I paid. The food was still acceptable.

Nice hotel in the heart of Subang

The well-known brand hotel in Subang. We booked 2 rooms with special request non smoking room and connecting door, they accomodate our request with pleasant. Since we had a late night check-in, there was no bell boy to help us with our luggage. Poor us that they on renovating swimming pool that required for kiddos enjoying their holiday😑. Room is good & quite clean, but under bed should also mopped. Breakfast for child under 5 was free, staff were very helpfull. Breakfast could be better with butter (not margarine), fresh juice and choice of fish/ chicken/beef.

Very Noisy Hotel

The very noise budget hotel. some guests who stay in front and beside my room are make noisy sound all night long. They are speak and laughing very loud in the room corridor, until early morning. Even i'am decided to early check out in the 08 AM, they still make any noisy in the room coridor. I said, they are very 'KAMPUNGAN'. Unfortunately, the hotel staffs and security, can doing nothing even i've been complaint 2 times. Very bad experience in this hotel, and i will not recommended this hotel to the others.
