"The room was clean and comfortable but it lacked the ‘workspace’ that was advertised. There was certainly space for a desk, but sadly not one available. When we visited the front entrance was closed and so we had to use the back entrance which was in a vermin infested back alley with the overflowing bins from local businesses. "Staff was fantastic and it is somewhat rare to find a German hotel with an elevator on the ground. Location was also fantastic, super close to the Christmas markets. However, the room was fairly small, with a fairly low bed. Additionally the room was not super clean."
