Short Trip with family

The hotel location is perfect for public transportation. Room is large enough, bathroom is good. However room service does not update the drinks and does not give fresh bottle of water each day. Towels should be refreshed with clean one every day. Air condition is good.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Aloft Stuttgart. The location is truly fantastic—right inside the department store, which made everything incredibly convenient. Our room was very well planned, modern, and functional, with a super comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff were all very pleasant and professional. A special thank you to the operation manager who greeted us warmly on our first day—it made a great first impression. Also, many thanks to Mr. Uruk for his kind and helpful assistance during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Stuttgart!

Comfortable with quiet

New hotel, comfortable and quiet 10 minute walk to train, (train station difficult to navigate during reconstruction works). Large multi level shopping centre right next door.

I like the very quiet rooms, friendly staff, convenient location, A/C and the ALOFT brand. I did not like that the wallpaper and carpets looked dated and that I received vaccuming in my room only twice during a 15-night stay, and then only after I requested it.

would book here again

recep charged me twice for the room but they were able to resolve the issue of refunding me the over charge before check out. hotel is in the same building as the mall beside it so parking was very easy. park in a1 or b1 and find the pink door to the hotel. dont forget to convert your parking ticket to a multi day multi pass ticket in the parking machine so that parking is cheaper and more convenient. close drive to porsche and benz museum.

Overall very good

Clean hotel with good, working air conditioning. Very nice shower. Only downsides were that you couldn't lock the bathroom door, you could peek through the side of the door, there was for some reason a window into the shower from the bedroom... Whilst you could only see the rough shape of someone on the other side if they stood close to it, it did light up the bedroom if someone wanted to go to the toilet at night. And me and my three friends had to share two large bed covers instead of four smaller

Disappointing Stay

Stains on furniture. Hallways scuffed and carpet dirty. Prepare to sweat while you wait for the elevator. Adult stains on the bean bag chair. Hotel staff just turned it around as their initial solution! I had it removed. AC in first room was squealing so all this happened in a second room. Bar was dead at night. Many options at this price point in Stuttgart. Not sure why this place is so highly rated. A disaster given the Aloft brand has been generally good in my experience.
