"Premier Stuttgart gets a mixed review. It's pretty basic. Generally clean and well maintained. Most staff were gracious, but seemed stretched thin. We tried the restaurant, but they were not serving. Apparently the staff member at the restaurant/bar was also assigned to the reception desk (downstairs). ..."
