"The room was fine for one night. This is not a fancy hotel but the room was updated and clean. I did not like the kiosk used for check-in when the desk agent was not available. The kiosk did not allow me to keep all of my information private and it was slow! It was unable to provide room keys which is supposed to be part of its function. I think during busy times the hotel needs to employ extra staff rather than use a kiosk"

"Bed clean and very comfortable. Glad to have an iron and ironing board, and laundry bag. Water from sink didn't taste good- spit it out. Big problem: drain pipe directly under the stopper needs to be scrubbed or replaced. Every time I ran water, fumes from mold or mildew came up. Suggestion- you need to make wider bathtub nonslip strips. I tried to buy bottled water with my credit card- I tried several- but they were all out. Breakfast- hash browns had black on them- not from being burnt. I was disappointed in your facilities, as I've used Comfort Inn before, and it was always nice. For $245, and a breakfast straight out of mcD's, it was way overpriced-it should have been less than half of what I paid."
