「The staff are friendly and nice, with water dispenser on each floor for easy water refilling. There is also a good pub right next door for quality dining. On the downside, the room and the equipment is a bit worn down (e.g. loose socket, aged building materials) and the room doesn't come with all the sanity packs one usually expected (although they are available upon request). It is also pretty noisy throughout day and night, with party sounds coming from nearby pubs and emergency vehicles'...

「We have stay here for to night come everything was great except we didn’t buy breakfast. 5 min walk you can reach the Chinatown where with a lot of restaurants. Or, you can try cafe at hotel main floor . In room, mini refrigerator, coffee maker are provided. We had part of view of Bow river. Room rate is acceptable. Definitely come back when visiting Calgary again. 」

「The gentleman (Dan I believe) at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant with everything we asked or needed. We were able to walk into the downtown (but too hot to walk back and we took transit). Would be so convenient if going to the stampede grounds. Transit only 2 blocks away to get to and from downtown Calgary. 」
