「This place took our money and we're not even open. Then refused to give us a refund when we arrived and found the place completely abandoned! No staff, no renters, no access to main area for food, no breakfast as advertised! Be very wary and don't stay there!! 」

「Clean Room, very friendly staff, lots of breakfast options. Only complaint I guess I had was a VERY strong odor of either some kind of cleaning supply or the newer carpet. I, unfortunately, have a hyper sense of smell and strong odors can trigger headaches. Luckily I did not get one. If it was a cleaning supply, staff might want to consider future guests who also suffer from this」

「Recently stayed here and had a very mixed experience. On the positive side, the AC worked wonderfully, and the microwave and fridge functioned perfectly. The pillowcases were also great—nice and clean. However, the rest of the stay was a struggle. The toilet took four flushes to clear, and the bathroom ventilation was completely clogged with dust and didn't work.
