「Although I was expecting a feature room with the four poster bed, the allocated room wasn’t bad and big enough for my family. Unfortunately, the welcome and interaction from the manager on duty when we arrived after a wedding nearby wasn’t the greatest. We had checked prior about check in times and were told it was 24 hours, so wasn’t expecting the resistance we got when we arrived.
