Room was not clean. Dried urine on toilet I ended up cleaning myself. Mold in tub. Not sure if sheets were even fresh as they were severely wrinkled and did not smell clean. Was super disappointed by the complimentary breakfast. Bread goods were hard as a rock both days. (Same food was out both mornings) ...

Relax Inn
No heat had to get help. Room should have been warm upon arrival especially with below zero temperatures. Common sense tells u that.

Grand Bear Resort at Starved Rock
Winter in the Midwest and the pool water was freezing. Many people complained and they kept telling all of us it’s due to the size of the facility. Well we have stayed at multiple I did water parks much larger and have never experienced. Other than that villa was great, clean and well stocked .

It’s a good get away if you want to get away from the city and connect more with nature, a lot of different bird species to admire. The staff is really well organized help us with any questions. The cabin was really well organized and clean.
