「Super Service habe ich lange nicht mehr gehabt und ich bin 57 Jahre und bin schon rum gekommen .Top Habe verlängert und mein Gepäck wurde dann auch weil ich nachgebucht habe anstatt 2 Personen 1 Person vom Personal auf mein neues Zimmer gebracht. 「Generally, entire experience was good. I wish the rooms had AC and actual windows, not the shutters. A couple things I did not like: I left the do not disturb sign all days I was there and 2 of the days housekeeping still went in the room. One of those times we were just waking up. Another issue I had was the late night reception guy was not very friendly and seemed bothered by our presence in the bar/restuarant area. One of the nights there was a man at the bar talking to him. 「Prachtig hotel met daarbij een mooi restaurant en een leuke secret bar. Daarnaast altijd fijne bedden en mooie kamer en fijne douche en bad! Erg lovend over dit hotel als zakelijke gast. Het ligt niet in het centrum van eindhoven, daarvoor moet je even rijden of evt met de bus of taxi. Fietsen kan volgens mij ook, de zijn te huren. Lekker eten, dit keer gebruik gemaakt van roomservice die was ook erg snel!」
