「The bedding had a weird odor so wasn't 100% sure if they were actually clean. The bed was very low to the floor. The air unit was very loud and sounded like it needed service. The only good thing was the bathroom had very good lighting. Lots of Mexicans stay here so that made me slightly nervous since I traveled alone. I got a cup of coffee but no breakfast.」

This dirtiness all over the room is the primary reason for the poor score, as it disgusted me and made what was supposed to be a respite night (I was in town caring for a family member with a terminal illness) far less relaxing than it could have been. 「Very nice pool very nice hot tub, and a good breakfast」

「The room was clean. The door in the bathroom barely would shut and when you did shut it you had one heck of a time trying to pull it back open. The ground outside the outside door by the pool side of the hotel was absolutely disgusting with trash. Garage thrown all over the ground and wasn’t even cleaned until 2 days later and even then not all of it was. The stairwell smelled like dog pee..」

「The room and bathroom were none smoking, but the constant smell of smoke from other people in the build is overwhelming. The room and bathroom were also not clean. Dirt and hair in the tube, walls in the room had dried melon seeds on it. Light bulbs missing from light fixtures. Constant thumping from other people upstairs, noise and literal screaming, throughout the night. Plus strong pot smell. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!」
