We loved our stay at this property! My sister is in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating. The room and bathroom were accessible with a roll in shower. We loved the breakfast in the morning. The staff is very helpful and made our stay perfect!

Great small boutique hotel

We stay over during the Christmas market at the Villa D'est. The hotel had a great location close to town. The staff were welcoming. All was perfect, from the room size, bedding, breakfast etc. We will definitely stay there again if in Strasbourg.

Lovely hotel and the rooms were a good size. Appreciated the air conditioning. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral/central area so that was the one downfall after walking all day. Really no dining dinner options which is ok if you don't mind a push to get back into the old town. We didn't use the parking as we left our car in Kehl Germany.

Very small rooms

When we arrived, we could not check in. I then asked if they had massage, and then i was presented wity a sign with 4 pictures and text in frence. That i felt like was very arrogant. New staff in the afternoon was amazing and then it became much better. The rooms are very very very small. No space for luggage. But nice city, beautiful christmas markets. Worth it all.

Fantastic stay in a comfortable and cosy room. The trip was made all the better by some exceptionally friendly check in and reception / bar staff, who did all they could to help us. In particular, the late night reception lady was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

Best part of my trip

From the moment I walked in the staff were amazing and friendly. The pictures on the walls were brilliant - classics with a twist. The rooms clean and functional and French. Without doubt the best part of my trip. Definitely would go back if I ever find myself back in Strasbourg.

Area was very scruffy litter wise and mattresses dumped in the street. Parking was a few streets away so not very convenient, although to be fair, you can park outside for a short time to load and unload. Very very expensive for what you get but we booked late for Christmas week so they have you over a barrel Room was old fasioned and basic

We will definitely stay again next time !

All Staff are friendly, room is comfy, Parking lot is in another place, and it's a little bit small, but nothing to complain for, we saw a SUV parked in, so I guess any basic size car can fit in too. There's a small temporary parking space for people just arrived for check in. Fitness room is bigger than what I expected, and it has everything you need, shower, towels, toilet, water and even a Sauna, you need to make a reservation for it, which means you have privacy when use it(to me is perfect!) Breakfast has small selection, but have everything we need, most important thing is delicious! The women service us coffee is friendly too. It's a small and old hotel, but meet all your requirements, will definitely stay again next time !
