「We love the hotel and the staff. The buffet breakfast is amazing!!! All of the Christmas decorations- multiple Christmas trees included tasteful and delightful. The gentleman that checked us in was New to the elite hotel staff and said it was one of the best hotels he’s ever worked at.. the on-site Italian restaurant was delicious and I love that there is a pub right there too for some fish do And meatballs. Awesome place look forward to next Christmas with you.」

「Very old dinning area. Carpet ripped twice I was close to fall. Breakfast area floor very dirty. Stairs very dirty . I wanted to leave on the very first look at the room. But this guy on the reception promised he will change my room with no charge. He never did. Never called」

「Breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself is nice. Can't. Moment on spa amenities but they are pricey. Has easy access to the ferry to take you to the city center or other places. The room was just ok. Had 2 small quilts instead of one large one, the shower head was very weak, the TV didn't work upon arrival and had to have maintenance come fix it. After that, it kept freezing and I had to unplug it from the back and plug it back in everytime I went to use it.」

「Rummet var rent och personalen var trevliga och hela byggnaden var fin. Det rnda som jag tyckte inte var riktigt trevligt var korridorens lukt. Det känns som att mattan behöver rengöras ordentligt så lukten försvinner.」
