"The property was very nice, & clean. However, not offering breakfast or a free meal of any kind despite being attached to two restaurants is disappointing "

"This hotel is in a good location. Our room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good and at sometimes very busy. We used the sofa bed during our stay and called the front desk in the evening to get extra blankets as the provisions in the room for the sofa bed were very minimal. The employee at the front desk informed me that they were very busy and she would check with the housekeeping staff to see if they could get me some blankets. The housekeeping staff said they were busy doing something but that they would try. After waiting about 30 minutes, I called the front desk again and she explained to me that they were very busy, but that someone hopefully would be on their way, we were ready to go to sleep, so we did. As far as I know, nobody ever brought us any blankets. I had offered to come up to the front desk to get blankets, but apparently the laundry facility is not convenient for the front desk staff to visit. It seems the staff here are overburdened. In my opinion, when you stay at a hotel, there should already be an extra blanket in the bedroom, or it should be readily available upon request."

"All staff were friendly and professional. Property is clean and well maintained. We have stayed here several times and are always happy with our stay. Great breakfast buffet or cooked to order. Close to WEM and easy access to rest of city. Pet friendly. Highly recommend."

"Good Value, but need daily light room service for towels coffee etc"

"The hotel is nice, but that being said, our room had a furnace that sounded like a plane landing in your room. Every 15-20 minutes it would kick in during our entire stay. For perspective, we were watching TV, the furnace kicked in, and you could no longer hear anything. We even tried turning the TV up and it was still drowned out my the “jet engine” landing. I had hoped it might settle down overnight, but it didn’t. We had maybe two hours of sleep in between landings, mainly because we were exhausted. We did let the front desk know. They said they would look at it. We should have asked to be moved at the very start of our stay. I am hopeful they would have accommodated us. The only other thing is they need a mat at the door, in the room, to place your shoes on. "
