"Endless Dunes was a sweet little motel. It is simple but clean and includes everything you might need for a short stay. It is located on the bike path if you are a biker. The staff (Ted) was excellent. Friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I would recommend and I would stay there again."

"This was a nice, utilitarian motel, centrally located on the Cape. It was not luxurious, but clean and well kept. Friendly staff. My only complaints were some hair not cleaned out of the shower and the coffee if both the room and at breakfast was quite poor. I enjoyed the porch with chairs and I would stay again!"

"Beware! This property is nothing like the pictures show. Checked in on Friday, 5/22/26. Desk person said they had just reopened after being closed for a few years. Was told there were no king beds, yet they were advertised. I asked how many people had checked in and she said I was the second person. This was the typical bait and switch experience. I asked if there was a price difference for a double and “she didn’t know”. She didn’t know the computer system as it was only her second day. She said she would put a receipt under our door, but didn’t. Upon entering the room, it was dingy with no light switch by the door. You had to cross the room to get to a lamp. Website states a tub/shower combo. Nope! It was a shower stall with a pipe half off the wall dribbling cold water. No water pressure/no hot water. There was no mat to put on the floor to keep from slipping and falling coming out of the shower. I opened a towel that had stains on it and used that. 2 out of the 3 towels had stains on them. Towels weren’t even big enough to cover your head. Soap was a sliver the size of gum. The sink had a piece of glass that acted as a shelf coming out over it. There was no room to lean down to brush your teeth or wash your face without hitting your head on the glass. The TV didn’t work….i don’t think cable had been turned on at this point. The bathroom door was broken with chunks of the door missing. We left. Expedia was able to get me a credit. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"Very interesting place. The location was exceptional with Nauset Beach within walking distance along with Pricilla Landing. Room was nice, however, a dormer took up half of it which made that part of the room unusable except for a TV. I did not have my own bathroom, bath towels were not replaced and it also wasn’t cleaned. I did receive one set of towels if I put used ones out. They had an excellent breakfast each morning that was available for a couple of hours. Small breakfast area and a sitting area outside. Grounds were very nice with a pool, which I didn’t use. Excellent, very small staff, so very one knows your name….Overall, very pleasant experience. Next time I’ll ask for a different type of room, if it’s available. It was almost like a very expensive boarding house. It was pricey, but it’s all about location, location, location. "
