「Staff was very helpful - there was an initial mix-up of the booked rooms and after a little language barrier, things were resolved very quickly. The area appears to be gentrifying; lots of restaurants; walking distance to Gare du Palais (central train station); 20 minute uphill walk to the Old City.」

「The place was lovely and perfect for our needs. It’s close to the Old City gate on Rue St Jean, so everything in Old Quebec was walking distance, and we were also able to easily venture outside the Old City on foot to other restaurants, a jazz bar, the Grand Theatre to see the orchestra, etc. The apartment itself had good heating and cooling (we had a couple hot days, and a couple of nights that got chilly, so had the opportunity to use both a/c and heat). 「There needs to be more hooks and shelves for convenience when traveling (hanging coats, totes), shower stall had nowhere to put toiletries. The toiletry dispensers provided also stuck a lot and didn’t work very well. Other than that everything else was great. 」

「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...
