「My family of four stayed in a double queen suite and later moved to a king suite due to availability over Thanksgiving while visiting Baptist Hospital and mourning the loss of my mom to stage 4 cancer. During such a difficult time, the staff were truly wonderful—kind, accommodating, and supportive.
