「We enjoyed our four day stay to the Fox Ridge resort, though it does appear this resort has started to become more rundown compared to the years prior that we have visited. The customer service was excellent, there was always a smile when we were greeted, and a thorough explanation upon our check-in of all the amenities available. We would definitely stay here again, though I hope they consider replacing the carpet to an easier to clean flooring in the future! That would certainly help improve...

「We booked this place because my partner remembered coming as a child. Then I saw the mixed reviews. I was nervous. Absolutely worth it. Rooms have recently been remodeled. Shower clean (no tub). Check in clerk was awesome. We were arriving later than expected & she was very accommodating. She even researched & found an old rewards account I didn't know I had. Beds were comfortable & clean. 「The apartment was larger than a motel room. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit was very clean and conveniently located. The queen bed mattress was okay for my wife but too soft for me. The futons would work for small children but not for adults.」
