This place is a dump, but it’s only a few months old so there’s still time to turn it into a complete s#%^hole! I have no doubt that they’ll get there with how useless the staff is. Incidentally, not having irons, ironing boards, or hairdryers in the room is a great well to tell your guests that you absolutely couldn’t care less about whether the guests think the place is decent or not. Also, I’m not sure what the point of having a kitchenette in the room is if you’re gonna charge $30/day for a coffee maker, plates, cups, silverware, etc. Again, the management is going full speed ahead on telling everyone they’re just there to fleece their customers at every turn. Great work, guys! Your horrible business modeldefinitely fits in great in Manteca!!

Had one of the worst experience in the middle of the night someone was able to get into the hotel 2 times making a lot of noise a few doors down Shawn I complained they said it was out of their hands. I’m sorry but the person getting into the hotel 2 times is not out of your hands and waking me and my kids up. You have security entrance you have to scan to walk in how did this person come in at 2:30am and again at 3am. When complained they did nothing for me because it was out of their hands. My kids were not able to go back to bed and had a terrible experience.

OK, the location was good. The place was obviously brand new and clean, but the walls were paper thin, the beds were not that great or comfortable nor was the bedding. We heard the neighbors all night long like they were right in our ears and there was someone knocking next door at like 3 AM excessively and it literally sounded like they were knocking on our door but they were knocking next-door. We had a little kitchenette, but it wasn’t stocked with anything there isn’t even cups or like plates or anything yeah, I mean it was fine, but I would never stay there again.

This is a brand new property that was in a central location for our baseball tournament. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. It was a great bonus to have a full-sized fridge to use for our time there. There were some things I didn't realize before going on that I think are important to note that impacted our stay and might impact others. As we have never stayed at this brand of properties before, we thought that getting an extended stay room with a kitchenette would be great. What we did not know going in is that you have to bring all of the things you need to take advantage of the kitchenette. There were no pots, pans, utensils, towels, sponges, soap, bowls, plates, or a coffee machine, as many other extended stay properties have in their rooms. These items are available for purchase, or you can bring your own. Had I looked into this brand, I could have found that information out, but it was not something that I realized until we got there, because all previous extended stays we have stayed at came with those items. They also didn't have a hair dryer or an iron/ironing board in the rooms. The rate was cheap compared to the standard hotel rooms some of our team stayed at, and the location was great. I'd stay there again, knowing what we know now, and just bring our camping cookware bin with us. Luckily, I had a hairdryer in the car, and we ate out with the team most of the time, so it didn't create much hardship for us.

Woke up in the morning to ants on the counter. Told the staff as we checked out and only got a disgusted eye roll. Sent an email and no response. Tried to handle without a bad review but no such luck. Looks like a newer place but not being thoroughly cleaned. Floors and bathrooms were not adequately cleaned. Apparent by dirty socks and obvious areas in the shower that were not wiped down. Unfortunate for a hotel in a good location.

The entire facility was clean and secure. You needed your key card to access everything beyond the front desk. The staff was awesome. Tub water pressure was a little weak for my liking and my room was missing the remote control and there are no blackout blinds or curtains. Other than these things I had an issue with the room and stay was awesome and anytime I'm visiting Manteca WoodSpring will be my home of choice. Thank you Staff
