「Very comfy and clean room with excellent design. The only negative is the pillow is too firm. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. 」

「Great hotel! Modern and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. On the first night of our stay, the air conditioning in our room was not working. After communication with the reception staff at 2am, he checked us into another room immediately. Really appreciate his efficiency as it was already very late. Had a comfortable stay!」

「We stayed in a room that is more spacious than average ones. Clean and tidy. Staff are very polite and hospitable. Buffet style English breakfast is served, and quite tasty. The kitchen even takes simple orders to suit your needs. Guests can also use the pool and gym for free, which is rare for many hotels. Lots of parking spaces. The only concern is that the room has no air conditioning. During a summer day it could be rather hot and stuffy.」

「Overall, this was a 4.5 Star stay and I’m very thankful to all the people who made this nice stay possible. The wonderful staff (5 stars!) included Brandon who was terrifically helpful each morning when I went to the coffee bar, but also volunteered to help me when I missed housekeeping one morning (he approached me when the line for reception was long, so he’s obviously also helpful to his team). 「The service apartment is spacious and tidy, facilities are in very good condition. They also provide a number of utensils and cutlery so that you can cook in the dining room. I appreciate their welcome drinks especially hot chocolate and tea bags are freely provided in the apartment. The carpark will be a bit spooky, but it only cost about 15 pound for 24 hours and the security would be comparatively better than on-sheet parking or outside carpark.
