「One of the best hotel in Salzburg」

「We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was plentiful and good. Spa, fitness room and pool/jacuzzi was very nice(would prefer longer hours in evening. Would recommend the front side of hotel if you go to bed on the early side as the back side was a little noisy because there is a restaurant or business.」

「Wir waren mit unserem siebenjährigen Kind in diesem Hotel und sind sehr enttäuscht. Ein wesentlicher Grund für unsere Buchung waren der Pool- und Wellnessbereich. Vor Ort mussten wir jedoch erfahren, dass das Indoor Pool und Sauna erst ab 16 Jahren zugänglich ist. Diese wichtige Information wurde uns vorab nicht kommuniziert. Gerade bei einer Reise mit Kind ist das ein entscheidendes Kriterium. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir dieses Hotel definitiv nicht gebucht. Für uns war das...

「Clean, newly refurbished room BUT very small rooms, the door to the room didn’t even open fully because it hit the bed. This being said, I also don’t think they sell themselves very well. The ‘Lounge’ is a communal area (maybe more like a hostel) that has kitchen facilities & a vending machine that has a selection of drinks & snacks (including alcohol) It was about 15 min walk from the station & about 20 mins to the Old Town the other side of the river. 」

「Everything was great and love all these heritage deco . Will be better if a coffee machine can be provided, I bring my own tea bag but couldn’t even find a cup inside the room. The only comment is a waitress was not too friendly to us (Asian )while we were having breakfast .」

「飯店員工實在太親切了，為什麼問題都很熱心地回答你。地點很方便，但是要到火車站需要一段距離；來說房間是乾淨的，咖啡機需要親一下喔，我已經幫洗過了😆沒有空調電風扇有點吵，一個人獨旅不敢開窗透風有點怕。」

「Nice to stay at this hotel. Good location with many restaurants, supermarket and DM. Go to tourist area by bus only 15-20 mins by bus or by walking for 30 mins. We are pleased to get the upgrade to the biggest room on second floor. We like their art design every where at he hotel. Very nice staff clearly to introduce the sightseeing area to us. We will come to stay at this hotel again」
