"The property was great and so was the staff..the room was nice and spacious. Clean room and I was able to get a tooth brush as I forgot mine. "

"Our room was spacious, clean, everything worked, I didn’t request handicap access in the room, but our bedroom had a wall in shower. The shower was big, had a bench (didn’t use), a detachable shower head that reached the bench. As a pregnant woman, getting in and out of this shower is definitely nice and convenient. We love the buffet style breakfast, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. Overall a good place, I’d recommend staying here, and would stay here again."

"There were minor issues but staff was not aware so I let them know when I checked out and they were very friendly and told me they would definitely have maintenance look into it . They wouldn’t know unless someone made them aware . "

"The entry carpet was bubbled and needed to be stretched or replaced, lower elevator didn’t work, but the lobby was clean and staff was nice. Our room was a mess. Towels had black sticky stuff on them, room was very dusty, stains on the carpet and the room was very warm regardless of turning the air on. "

"Breakfast was supposed to be 06:00 to 09:00 but when arrived at 08:45 a cranky attendant was removing what was left and told us they close the kitchen at 08:30 and when the food is gone, done. But she was removing food to throw it away at that time. The door to the kitchen was open and we could see a very large rat trap under shelving there. The room was dared, which did not bother us but the heating unit sounded like a wind storm. Rooms were accessible from the outside which we liked but with more rooms than parking spots, we could not park near the door. On the positive side, the rest of the staff was friendly. We stay in Best Western motels fairly frequently and have come to expect better than this."
