「This is my third time staying here and I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve stayed here twice during the summer and once during the fall. The rooms are super cozy. The room is always so clean and smells great. It’s close enough to downtown and Arcadia National Park. When in the room you can’t hear the traffic. Hanscom’s is definitely a diamond in the rough. I also have to say Isis who works at the property is always super nice and fast with responding if you email her. 」

「Very rustic with a HUGE emphasis on hunting. There were bear, turkey and antlers mounted on the wall. The place was a nice size. It was nice to have the bathroom down the hall from the bedroom. The living room couches and bed were comfy. Some of the fixtures weren't quite right. The antler chandeliers had cob webs, the sink had a hole where the sprayer was supposed to go, and the outlets weren't all secure in the wall. There was a lot of junk outside the cabin and we had to use our own towels...

「Very pretty house with a perfect mix of open living space and well designed sleeping area. The rooms had nice beds and pillows. Living area had pretty open space incorporating the living room and dining room. It also had a view from kitchen. Overall a great place to stay!」

「Really lovely space. The main room is really gorgeous, huge, well decorated, wonderful for cooking and big comfy dining table. Bathroom is a little small, bed was comfortable although we could hear street noise so if a light sleeper, consider that as it might bother. (I was fine, husband kept waking up.) Really wonderful overall. Wish it was possible to have family come--would have been fun to have everyone together but only one bedroom. 」

「The property is obviously a remodel and still being worked in. Directly on a road that can be busy and noisy at times. Plenty of room, and bathroom is very nice but water pressure is low, and took a long time to get hot water in the bathroom. Some switches are in odd locations and none are labeled. Ceiling fan in master bedroom is wired incorrectly (both the light and the fan are wired to the dimmer switch). The front door electronic lock needs better instructions on how to unlock and lock....
