「Great stay」

「The staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially when we didn't get the room we wanted. Apparently the photos are wrong/misleading on Expedia. The room was great and clean. Only complaint about the room was the shower kept leaking. The breakfast was pretty standard quality for hotel food with a decent spread of options. The pool was nice but so cold. Our toddler refused to swim in it. Overall a 4 or 4.5 rating from us!」

「Fire alarm went off at 11pm, staff had no control of this but it was an eventful night, keeping our 4 month old up the remainder of the night, also we had gotten bed bugs from the location, woke up with little red dots all over us. Waiting for a call back from the manager in the morning.」

「The ladies at the front desk for for the nicest employees I’ve ever met at a hotel. Hotel was clean, nice and comfortable.」

「The room looked nothing like the pictures. It smelled like cigarettes and there were several holes in the walls/doors. Only good thing was the AC.」

「The hotel is fine, just not very clean. The linens in our first room were dirty and there was a large stain on the chair. We asked to change rooms and they did change it with no problem. We had a 3 night reservation and only stayed 1 night just because it was pretty dirty. We ended up staying at the Spring Hill suites around the corner for our remaining 2 nights. I will say the staff were very friendly.」
