I booked my room in March for a July stay. When I later found a cheaper rate directly on Hyatt’s website, I had a chat with Expedia’s customer service. 「Room was good, Only two towels in the room so you have to ask for more if you need. No bottled water, so take some. If you buy at the hotel it's way overpriced. $8 for a liter of water」

「The room is fine. The people on site are nice. Do not buy parking from a third party vendor. And whatever you do, don’t leave anything in the room. I left an Apple Watch in mine and did not get it back. Plus, after you leave, the people you text aren’t as nice anymore. Oh, and if there is anything wrong with your TV, it takes hours for someone to come in and fix it. I, personally, would never stay here again.」

「No working AC in room (which they admitted they knew a few rooms did not have and still booked them out) and they were unable to switch my room or provide a fan. The lady at the desk tried her best and was able to switch rooms after the first night of cooking in the room, but no management on site during the weekends for any type of refund. This would not have been a major issue if it had not been high 80’s out and cost approx $300 a night….」

「Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about...
