「We booked two family rooms ( for 6 peoples) and called in advance to inform that we need to stay on the same floor. Staff said they have a remark, but they didn’t arranged and not available. Rooms are good.But only the sofa double bed very uncomfortable. We enjoyed the slider in the swimming pool. But the hot top water are very dirty and you can smell the water was too irritating. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine can make a great pancake by yourself. We enjoy the stay. 」

「This was a disappointing stay. The room was fine. We had the two-bedroom condo and it’s a good size. The kitchen is good too. The beds aren’t all that comfortable, but ok. The problem was the upstairs neighbour was absolutely cranking music until late and we had to get up really early to go catch the ferry. I realize that they can’t always control the behaviour of other guests, but I called down to the front desk and left a message and didn’t get a response. It said that quiet hours start at 11...

「We booked in April for Aug stay and we were charged right away. They did no t like the fact that we had booked through a third party and didn't trust that hey would get paid. We were put on the third floor with no elevators and we were told that we should have called them to reserve a room on the first floor. We would not stay at Quality Inn again.」
