「was super clean except trash cans in kitchen and both bathrooms wer full when we got there. there was also a lot of construction going on all around the unit and several times the construction workers were blocking us from coming & going & we repeatedly had to ask them to move」

「This is a lovely property near Fanning Springs. The owners were responsive & phoned to make sure everything was in order. The home is extremely comfortable, convenient to Hwy 19, location was perfect. I usually stay in Gainesville when traveling to this area to stay in a hotel, and I’m so glad this popped up on Expedia & I found Tranquil Oaks. I’ll be back when in area. Clean, well lit, peaceful, well stocked, easy entry. Thank you! 」

「The communication was great with staff and our stay was great. Clean house, easy parking, quiet stay. The boat parking and ramp next to complex made getting out to scallop easier than fighting the crowds and the extra distance to the gulf was definitely not that bid of a deal. Great stay overall!」
