「Very clean staff were friendly good breakfast」

「it's been forever since i tried to get in touch with the hotel through the booking agency to ask for the invoice. impossible!」

「Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and offering breathtaking views of the lake! Hands down one of the best hotel experiences me and my wife had. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! Will definitely be back.」

「The staff was very friendly and willing to help out. The room was clean and had an excellent view. I would highly recommend this place」

This hotel offers exceptional value for money! I had a great stay—the environment was excellent, and the service was truly top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. My clothes weren’t dry after washing, and they kindly dried them for me for free, folded them neatly, and delivered them to me. Five stars and the highest praise for this hotel!」

「Beautiful view of the Alps from our balcony. Helpful staff (George). Property was very well kept up. Very comfortable room. Will definitely stay here again.」

「Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.」

「Lake side view is good. Breakfast is at the standard. Away from downtown so better with your own car. Depends if you need more convenience 」

「Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room. Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive....
