"Everything about this property was stellar: * Staff – Wonderfully warm, helpful, and welcoming * Location – It couldn’t be better; situated right at the foot of the Charles Bridge, with churches, shops, dining nearby * Facilities – Spacious, well-equipped, clean, and full of charm * Breakfast – Simply wonderful Another nice perk was the complimentary admission to the tower climb. Airport shuttle was 850 each way, and we gave 150 tip. "

"It's not called a palace for nothing. I've been travelling for three weeks and stayed in mostly good accommodation but this was far and away the best I stayed in. Large room with coat hangers for my jackets and shirts, a handy safe, some drawers and cupboard space I actually didn't need, a very handy work desk, and finally not only a shower with a screen that actually went all around AND a bath!! Then there were also the superb river views which I know not every room has. The layout and feel of the hotel was also palatial, the breakfasts were extremely generous and the staff were just so nice. Would love to stay there again and can't recommend this enough!!"

"Lovely hotel and the rooms were spacious. The free breakfast was full of different dishes and varied on a day to day basis. A little outside the old town but had its own attractions in the upper town area. We found the old town crowded especially at the weekend and considering we were there out of season it was still very busy in the week. This meant we could dip into the city but had plenty of eating places and attractions near the hotel. The best of both worlds. Staff very helpful and would highly recommend. "

"The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient to get around. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We stayed for three nights, and overall we were very satisfied. The only small downside was that the breakfast options were the same every day. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel."
