「I loved our stay in Alexander House hotel. I am 60 and my mum who was with me is 80. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who has walking difficulties as there are a lot of steps and levels. We really had to pace ourselves but it was well worth it. The staff were all so pleasant and friendly. Plenty of choice for meals. 「Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. 「Clean space overall Hot tub had a strange smell to it so unfortunately didn’t use it Front desk was closed upon arrival and departure due to late night/early morning arrivals and departures so we was asked to leave 2 euros for nightly “environmental fee”, we left the 2 euros as asked and was still charged on our invoice for the fee.
