"I had stayed here previously a few years ago and was surprised to find how run down this hotel was. The layout of reception etc… had changed now requiring going up and down lots of stairs. Our beds had seen better days. The paint was peeling off our bathroom door and the television unit. The shower was freezing and shot water all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast was welcome to the 70’s era. Stale cornflakes and tinned mandarins. My husband ordered Eggs Benedict off the made to order menu and the eggs were rock solid. Totally inedible. We won’t be returning. "

"Easy parking, easy check in, quiet outside , quiet inside. Only noise we had was early in the morning when the child above us was running around. Bathroom could do with a new bath side and the silicone redone. Need more sockets , as there wasn't enough to charge our phones. Will be back again "

"Room was clean bed comfortable nice fluffy towels parking was good wi fi was good we had 2 teabags in the room for 2 night stay when we asked for more was offered 2 only had to ask could we have 2 more some staff were friendly others a bit miserable. "

"I was using the Park just as a base so would not be fair to comment further on it as a holiday venue, that said there were lots of happy faces, everyone seemed occupied with events of an evening. Child and dog friendly with the former having their own entertainment programme. My mobile home was clean, well equipped for what I needed and I could park outside the accommodation. As I say it was a base and I went out every day, didn't use any of the facilities aside from the bar for a beer and snack and that was good quality and reasonably priced. Staff at reception were helpful and there is a shop on site that, given it has a closed market, seemed very reasonable and well stocked. I had a fun even though I am not sure I was there so to do!"

"Location is perfect in the city, rooms are clean and warm, beds are super comfy. Is the best Guest House I have stayed so far. Highly recommended if you're staying in Grantham. Kept high standards 💯 👌 "
