「The worst experience」

「係自己家一樣的住宿」

「Convenient place, nice staff」

「After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city...

「Laundry room good……………………………………………..」

「Too dirty , felt so bad and wanted to leave asap」

「Great location, close to Earl’s Court Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The free laundry facilities were also a nice bonus. The room was average in terms of cleanliness — not dirty, but not particularly spotless either. The staff were generally polite and helpful, but I didn’t really feel welcomed. 「房間內很乾淨 有小廚房 、洗衣機 位於地鐵站 Liverpool Street station 對面 該站可直接到達Heathrow Airport 超方便的 一出飯店就有吃的、 超市 很棒的住宿體驗」

「Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property.」

「Really enjoyed my stay at the property. Any queries I had Julia was really easy to communicate with, will definitely be booking a stay with them again!!!」
