"Clean and several choices "

"The room was clean as it could get. However, the stay was worth the money you pay for it. I would stay there again next time i visit."

"We stayed here due to a missed flight connection in Charlotte. The airport shuttle and in-house restaurant made it a no brainer. The pool area was nice, although we did not use it. Ony wish was that breakfast started earlier for those with early flights. "

"Very clean and everything was excellent. The room was amazing and we loved it. The staff was very courteous and helpful at all times. When we come back to Charlotte, we will stay here again. Thank you."

"The staff was great and very friendly; however, the room itself was disappointing. We were placed in a handicap-accessible unit with a very small shower and a shower curtain, which was not ideal. The bigger issue was that the shower drain was clogged. Within seconds of turning on the water, there was over an inch of standing water around our ankles. I reported this immediately and was told maintenance would be coming, but from check-in to check-out, no one ever came to address the issue. Additionally, we were charged twice for the room and are still waiting for the second charge to be refunded."

"Valet service was excellent, professional friendly. Check in at bar was easy, free drink when u arrive. Hotel staff friendly. When I booked the room the parking was $45. The hotel changed the rate to $55 as I wasn’t informed. Called hotel and talked to the valet desk and they are going to try and make things right. Nice clean rooms, hot shower. "
