"Ripped off on arrival for £30 per night for my dog. We arrived just after midnight and left by 8.00am. The room for 2 adults inc a full breakfast was £60 and £30 for 1 small dog is ridiculous. Will never stay again. "

"Our stay at the vine was lovely, Pros convenient right in the centre, Loverly friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, tea coffee facilities. Cons, steep narrow stairs upto the top floor, really squeaky floor boards in the room kept waking others up in the room when getting up to use the bathroom in the night. Second time I’ve stayed and would definitely visit again. "

"Perfect place to stay for a visit to the national memorial arboretum. Nice clean room, well equipped, lovely shower. "

"Rooms are nice and quirky, but getting a bit dilapidated. Staff are few and far between, and on the sullen side. Disappointingly the hotel provides no food or drinks any more (its breakfast used to be legendary). But it’s in a convenient location and easy to park."
