Absolutely awesome. Every detail. Super nice staff, super clean facilities, love the gas station so close. Really excellent. Halfway point for our regular holiday drive and we will stay here again every time!

Great spot by MCB Quantico
Great location. Room modern, spacious and has everything you need. Pool was fantastic as well - super warm and had a blast. Breakfast was good.

All in all it was a good overnight stay. Only real complaint was breakfast. We got down there by 8:30 and there were no scrambled eggs and were told there were no more. Really?? Plenty of sausages but no eggs. I thought that was very cheap on the hotel’s part. Plus a very indifferent person at the desk at checkout. She seemed to be bothered by us for interrupting her for whatever she was doing on her phone.

Front staff and pool (Dirty towels and food)
I was very impressed with the rooms, have been newly updated. However, we were left with a half roll of toilet paper (so obviously used by previous guests)). The pool was a disaster. I was told by front staff that that must be from a party the previous night. The front desk staff DdI not seem to want to be bothered and did not get up to see if they can assist. So I cleaned as best as I could so that my grandkids could enjoy the pool. The front desk staff lacks customer service.

I would recommend staying here
The staff was great. They were nice and polite. They made sure to accommodate my request for two cribs. The rooms were large and equipped with utensils and cleaning supplies. The rooms were also clean. I would highly recommend it and I would stay again.

Reported broken item and only two towels for three guests. Soap dispenser broken in shower. Told these items will be taken care of that day. It was not resolved but staff the following day took care of it. Bit by bedbugs. Looked at mattress and only that bed had a bed bug protector zippered cover so I assume this has been an issue.

Be cautious
Dogs allowed--which leads to dog hair everywhere--including the rooms and couches, dog poop on the lobby floor one morning, anti-social dogs causing trouble in elevators, etc. Water main issues one day resulted in no water from 11 a.m. until nearly 7 p.m.

They had to move us to Fairfield because they had some kind of HVAC malfunction. Hotel was located at a bad place to get into traffic. Fairfield was very nice. Very happy with them.

Bumped to another hotel
Never got to stay there as I was bumped to another hotel. They were vague as to why, said maintenance issue. I asked for some type of compensation and was told they would get back to me. Of course, never heard from them. I had reserved a one bedroom suite with separate living area and kitchen and bumped to a regular room. They will probably erase this review though. Fairfield was nice though.

The room (suite with a bedroom/kitchen) was not available when we arrived. They were booked up. Said they would change it the next day. The next day, they were booked up again. They would move us the next day. The next day they were booked up again but the other people with that room hadn’t arrived so they gave us that room for the final two days. The reservations were made 5 weeks in advance! No excuse!

Great but strong smelling fragrance and chlorine.
Check in was super easy. Quick process. The room could have been cleaner. The hall smelled super strong of fragrance and rhe pool was super super strong smelling also. Other than that it was great.

I reserved 2 queen beds (traveling with family) and when I arrived the young lady at the counter had none - only single king beds. She was extremely gracious and accommodating, and she gave me 2 separate rooms - each with a king - because of the error. I was tired after a full day driving and didn't quite express my thankfulness, but I'm doing it now. Thank you for responding, accommodating and honoring what we reserved! Great customer service.

I have an injured foot and ankle Getting around is difficult. The extremely kind attendant at the front desk (Jenny) went above and beyond to help me get to my room safely. Also the kind cook doing the social gathering noticed I was injured and helped me get my food to the table. This kind of employees makes me want to stay here again.

It was clean. Breakfast is ok not great. Great customer service. Rooms are spacious. Monday thru Wednesday they have a small dinner available.
