「I have been contacted by the hotel via WhatsApp right after my online booking. The hotel gave me very clear and easy follow instruction for self-check in as I arrived after 8pm. Some issues were sound or noise through walls, shower runs out of warm water easily, coffee maker was not sure if clean or not, dark passage to the room after darness, and only one key sets meaning everybody needs to go out or come back together etc.」

「We had a nice stay. The shower was good. The mattress was a bit soft. The breakfast was packaged things including jam, but we couldn't eat it because we didn't have a knife to spread the jam on the crackers. I'd have preferred a little voucher to spend in a nearby cafe. We didn't see the host, just communicated online. 」
