「My bijou little room was on the first floor of the inn (as opposed to some rooms they have in separate buildings). Quite a nice little room but no view and I had to climb onto the bed to open the velux window. 「We had issues checking in and when we rang the customer helpline number, the AI "phone operator" was awful. After 7 minutes of going round in circles, I asked to speak to an agent. Unfortunately they weren't much more helpful, as they didn't seem to understand most of what I was saying.
