We had an amazing stay at this hotel, we were greeted by Nicolas on reception who was warm and welcoming, he was so helpful and could not do enough for us, he is a credit to the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, well appointed, the beds were very comfortable and plenty of storage. A toilet that stank and it was hard to enter for the whole family, a balcony that had no sun whatsoever all day, ceilings so thin I felt the family upstairs were literally in my apartment, ski lockers so narrow it was impossible to open lockers etc and when I flagged the issues - no help whatsoever. "This hotel relies on its location and easy ski in ski out. However the room condition was fairly worn out, the bathroom just about alright, but the separate toilet room was fairly nasty. Our room seemed to smell a bit of old smoke too. Breakfast was ok, and the staff were nice. The boot room was good too "
