This was our first stay at Park Shore Suites St. Pete. Overall, I would say the amenities were "okay". Nothing fancy. It's an older property that they have cosmetically updated. However, the fridge had something sticky and red spilled in the door shelf. The inside of the microwave was dirty with splatters. The loveseat was very stained and uncomfortable. The BIGGEST issues were that there was no heat and no water - twice. One night it got down to the 40s and the only heat source available for the entire condo was a tiny space heater. The other big issue was that we had no water on two different ocassions. That meant no toilet flushing, no showers, nothing. Thankfully it was fixed fairly quickly, but reaching someone to report these issues or just to ask questions was difficult, as there is no one on sight. There are no drawers/dresser for clothing, only one end table, no where to unload suit cases, except on the bed. The checkout process was never communicated with us. We weren't even sure where to leave the key when we left. The location is close to the beach and to some restaurants. The trolley stop is also about a block or two away. The pool was small, but releatively clean and heated. Would I stay again? Probably not, but it certainly could have been worse and we made the best out of it.
