Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas are included in the daily $55 resort fee and are nice. The room smelled musty, had dirty vents, and the tub spout continuously dripped. Hotel Tampa Riverwalk
Room was cold. Heater would not heat up past 70°. In room Coffee service was terrible. Had to change rooms because first room smelled of cigarette smoke. Hotel restaurant was less than average. In room sofa was stained. Carpets leading into most rooms elevator were severely frayed.

The staff Samantha and Araianne were awesome . The hotel was dirty and the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked a few times there was holes all over it and did not close property.
