「Very upscale, safe, quiet, new/modern property. Great coffee shop, burrito place and bars on same block. Easy and safe walk to Janus Landing, The Trop and other fun DTSP areas! 17-min drive to beautiful Treasure Island Beach. Wish parking was included, but used Park Mobile app and reasonable overnight, safe parking only 1/4 mi walk. Highly recommend Mint House!」

「A nice day at a beach hotel that was reasonably priced. Needs updating but I only needed hotel for the bed which was fine. Had a full size refrigerator and a stove.」

「Loved everything about our stay at the Avalon Club! Beach access, easy access, parking, amazing staff, amazing room and views. Everything we were looking for and more!」

「Great place to stay. Our 1st room had a funky smell so we asked for another room. Front staff was very accomodating. Was able to get fresh coffee from the registration area as the coffee maker wasn't really a coffee pot. Loved having a full size kitchen, 2 bathrooms and deck. Would stay again. 」

「The bed was not the most comfortable. Housekeeping barged in 15 minutes before we were supposed to be out, did not even knock. But the unit was clean and it was a quick walk to the beach which is just across the street. Plenty of other things within walking distance too. 」

「Nice quiet resort, with a nice pool and beautiful beach. Resort had a family run feel, that was nice compared to staying at a major chain hotel. 」

「Made reservations online, and when we arrived to the property after a 15 Hour Dr. We found out that we didn’t have reservations and that the previous owner was scamming people online.」

「We had a nice weeklong stay here. Manager was very nice and helpful, room was clean and everything was in working order. No complaints, would stay here again.」

「I saw Dolphins everyday! This is literally a one bedroom apartment. This particular unit is better if you want privacy vs view but still enjoyed our view very much! Every beach was within 20 min and if you like fishing this is the spot. Pool was very clean and enjoyable with the boats going in and out of the marina/ dock. Hot tub was nice and hot. No front desk to deal with is great too for me. We will come back!!」
