We had great days at this apartment. The amenities were great. From the veranda the view was not bad. We disappointed about one thing. There was a big under construction around an apartment.

I feel some people complain for the sake of it. Yes, there is building work going on in the square that can be nosey if the balcony door is open, it’s public knowledge, the information has been available on Google since February. I had the seafront view apartment. The apartment is great. It’s clean, modern, has all the cooking appliances, ice cold aircon. Locations fine, near shops, restaurants, 5 mins from the seafront. I’d recommend you do get the safety door fixed at the front to give people peace of mind but it doesn’t mean someone can just walk into your apartment…like some of negative reviews have suggested…

Where do I start with this place. Horrific. Construction works ongoing… that beautiful plaza in the photos… doesn’t exist… building site from 7am to 7pm Construction going on within the apartment complex as well Front door to complex doesn’t lock… anyone can walk in. Poor safety. No free beach clubs No direct beach access No towels No ironing board Caked with dust Honestly awful! Never experienced something so bad.

Fabulous apartment, would totally recommend

We absolutely loved out stay here...we stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it totally exceeded our expectations. It is modern, clean, spacious and has everything you would need including great air conditioning. I know there is continuous construction going on in Bugibba Square but it didn't bother us that much apart from our daughter being woken quite early 2 mornings by loud digging noises. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it :))

High noise

First the apartment was great. But the surroundings wasn't. The pictures from the balcony, on the website have nothing to do with reality. The apartment is surrounded by a large construction site. Noise started 7 am to 4 pm. When the work stopped, a bar took over the noise hell, they played so laud music that it was also impossible to site on the balcony. For xxx euros a day I did not expect that. I think it is false marketing, to upload pictures of how it looked, and not how it currently looks. If I new that I would not have booked the apartment.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment with a stunning sea view. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. What made the experience even better was the helpful and friendly management team, along with the property owner who went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Would definitely return!

Nice apartment terrible location

Apartment was very nice but the whole square in front was a massive building site with drilling from 7am to 5pm daily Building next door (attached) also under construction with drilling there too! Very noisy- plus restaurants below belting out load music till late at night Not peaceful at all!!

Mooi ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Jammer van het bouwlaag buiten, maar daar kan de eigenaar zelf natuurlijk niks aan doen. Van sommige soorten bestek en servies weinig aanwezig.

We Stayed in Apartment 11 which was amazing. A perfectly equipped apartment, Comfy bed, laundry facilities, Full Kitchen, and a huge balcony. Currently there is major construction ongoing in the square right outside the apartment, but we knew that before booking so it was not a surprise for us. Only shame was the lift stopped working and it took 2 full days before it was foxed and when your on the 6th floor with dodgy knees it was not good. But this is an apartment we highly recommend and will defiantly be back.
