「Very characterful hotel - very helpful staff」

「Property was lovely overall and exactly as described. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made check-in straightforward. The location was great and really convenient for getting around Paisley. If I was staying in the area again, I’d definitely book here again. The bed was comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. 「This is a little gem! Convenient to all of our excursions . The bed was heaven! Great pillows! A fan was provided. Bathrooms were clean with good smelling products. I like that our room had a separate toilet room from shower room. 「we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto...

「Second stay since it became Vcity and this one was much better. Stayed in room 106 which can be a little noisy earlier in the evening but fine for sleep. No issues with the room or facilities. Communication with host good.」
