「The bed and breakfast is Cowes was in a great location. It was easy to walk to town and parking for our vehicle was provided. The hosts were terrific - providing great recommendations for dinners and things to do. The breakfast was delicious and was a great start to our day. The hosts’ 2 dogs were so CUTE!」

「This was in a great location but unfortunately the lift had broken a month before we arrived and no one informed us. We found walking up 5 flights of stairs not the easiest and wish we had been informed. The air conditioning didn’t work either though we did have a fan. The heat in the room was overbearing.」

「Nicely presented, central location, generally clean, though not sure about the towels. Not too noisy given location. However, our stay was during the hottest days on record in May and the apartment was hot and there was no air conditioning or fans to regulate the temperature.」

「The only factor in favour for the hotel is the history and the period property. It needs sprucing up the exterior and somewhat the interior. Room can get hot despite not south face. Breakfast was too slow and so we left without having the main item , 40 minutes after entering.They wrote that breakfast is leisurely but it could be putting a spin on the low staffing.Reception personnel are not quite welcoming or service like..」

「Great position for Osborne House. Helpful staff and god food.」

「Situated in the heart of Cowes right on the High Street. We stayed here one night to attend a family party. It was perfect for 1 night, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Anchor is a lively, popular pub serving local beers and weekly live music. The room had some ear plugs provided but we didn't need them, a nice thought though.」

「Highly personable owners who were kind friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Thank you for a very good stay.」

「The hotel is being rescued so it’s very basic. Bar and restaurant closed. Bit 1970s. Good luck to the new owners. They use minimum staff and cannot yet exploit the real potential. Eg hairdryer broke down immediately and no-one on desk. You get what you pay for which is fair, but minimal. It’s really look after yourself AB&B. Would I stay again. Yes if budget was the big issue. No if we wanted atmosphere and attention.」

「Room was much bigger than expected (possibly an upgrade) and seemed to have been recently renovated. Spotlessly clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was included although my invoice stated room only. Apparently all rooms here include breakfast which was very good. Highlight really was the friendliness of staff which is probably because it’s an independent property and they genuinely want to make guests feel welcome. 」

「Nice hotel with good breakfast. Quiet and have a good view for our room. Need to improve hot water supply and upgrade wifi for guest rooms.」

「首先房間內沒有WiFi服務，現今社會，酒店沒可能沒有Wi-Fi服務，他的酒店只供應大堂，房內設施簡陋，沒有雪櫃也沒有保險箱，房間內亦沒有盒裝紙巾供客人使用，也沒有提供樽裝水給客人。 我也住過他鄰近酒店而且價錢比這更還低港幣$200一晚，但是他每天提供兩支樽裝水，第一天入到房內還有朱古力贈送，他們房間的Wi-Fi接收能力還比自己的上網卡更強，也有盒裝紙巾放在睡床旁邊！ 所以再對比一下，這間酒店的好處只是近碼頭！其他不值一提」

「交通方便，就在 Victoria Coach Stop 對面。碼頭觀光景點、大型 shopping mall 連食肆近在咫尺。的士站就在酒店對面，坐的士到郵輪碼頭只需 8 分鐘。半自助早餐質量非常好，客戶服務好，房間雖小但舒適整潔。」
