「Staff was really nice」

「As you walk inside, and look up in the lobby, they have water leaks and mold issues. The elevators were damaged. Worst of all BOTH rooms they showed us had visible mold in the showers. The person at the desk even came up to the 1 room, and noted the mold and lights not working in the bathroom. Staff stated to expedia, no manager, but there was one who assisted us when we were there. Expedia then told us since there's no manager we had to wait. We did NOT stay as I had to use an epi pen after...

「It was a clean room. The sheet look very thin in areas. The mattress was okay.」

「We stayed here one night first room was completely disgusting there was trash and pee in the bathroom and dirty used bedding and towels they told us there was no housekeeper to clean rooms we were on the 1st floor we were offered another room on the 2nd floor it was similar but a bit cleaner. When checking out we asked for our deposit back and the lady acted like we never gave them one. Definitely NOT STAYING HERE AGAIN !! 」

「Property appears to be in an exterior remodel project. Room was clean, but toilet didn’t flush right and ended up not flushing at all. Even the toilet in lobby area didn’t flush all the way, indicating it may be a property wide issue. It was an ok experience, but definitely not my favorite property and may not be one I would probably choose to go to again. It was pretty clean and staff was great which is why it had more stars than I typically would have given」

「My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Topeka, from the moment we arrived. We were impressed with the staff and how they made thing so welcoming, they were professional and extremely helpful. I loved that this hotel was close to restaurants, shopping and local attractions.」

「Our TV did not work (no signal) and the staff was slow in responding so we just went to bed. It was ok. Our room had a connecting door, which we didn’t use, but it was so thin we could easily hear the conversation in that room. The breakfast was ok.」

「This motel is very very noisy, couldn't sleep all night, very poor soundproofing, dirty and not cleaned 」

「Check in lady was rude when we notified them the facet in tub was running and unable to turn off. Had to beg for towels on several occasions. Staff even told us that giving us towels was not their job. Staff constantly on video calls when approached desk and were motioned to wait a minute. Only thing good about was it was clean, although sheets were stained, and location for us.」

「The room was nice. They had fridge and microwave. There was shampoo and conditioner if needed. Has newer carpet and updates. Could use some updated sheets though. Does have a pool outside and breakfast is included. 」
