I tried to cancel stay due to personal issue, but property didn't refund my money. No courtesy from the hotel owner/operator. No customer satisfaction. I will not recommend this hotel at all.

Room was very dirty, including sheets/bedding, blood in the shower. We couldn’t stay and preferred sleeping in the vehicle over staying in the room.

Great budget option, breakfast 4/10, property needs some reinvestment into overall condition and condition of rooms. Cleanliness was lacking. Hard to get a good nights rest. Lots of noise and people coming and going all week. There was a car broke into (not mine but be sure to lock your car and remove valuables). Honestly you get what you pay for imo.

You need to take this property off your site!!! We did not even check in. The place looked like a crack motel, with people renting weekly. The building from the outside was falling apart with boards holding up the 2nd floor walkway( i have pics). Since all the rooms were booked in Topeka KS we had to go 50 miles away to find an adequate hotel. I would like a refund, but you must take this property off of your site.

The front desk clerk spends a ton of time apologizing. She was very helpful with things she should not have to deal with. The sheet had what looked like blood that didn't come out in the wash. It should have been incredibly easy for the housekeeper to see as it was right at the top of the bed next to where the pillows were. There was no soap by the sink. The pancake mix was gone, when we asked for more the guy took the container out and slowly drained one serving into the cup and didn't bring any more. The eggs and sausage was all gone. When we asked for some he went and made just enough for two people and this was at about 8:00 with an hour left to go. The air conditioning was great and the bed was very comfortable.
