「非常好的酒店，就在火車旁邊，酒店房間大又清潔，職員友善也會關心客人，因為要我凌晨火車回倫敦，我check out後在酒店大堂坐了幾個鐘頭都沒有問題，亦會幫忙儲起行李。 這個價錢但結果是非常非常之好，史雲斯斯旺西推介」

「All the staff is very helpful, nicely, kindly and sweet. The room is bit, maybe I booking family room, the bed is sooooo big. If I come again, this is my first choice to booking again.」

「Incredibly clean room and washing facilities. The host was always happy to help. Some of my clothes were wrinkly so I asked to borrow an iron, and she had one on hand right away. I also really appreciated the little mini fridge in the room. The location is incredible and right near the city’s center.」

「Excellent 👌. Big, warm, clean and super easy to stay at. If you want to go somewhere with no restrictions, i.e. hotel, then this is the place to go. In the perfect spot of Swansea, it's ideal for a family, a couple of just by yourself. Try it, you won't regret it. 」

「Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. 」
